北海道 十勝地方、新得町は東大雪と日高山脈の麓にあります。 北海道で古くから作付けされていた在来品種「牡丹そば」は栽培する農家がほとんどなくなり「幻のそば」と呼ばれています。 希少価値が高く根強い人気があります。
